Registration Opens – 8am – February 1st 

The time has arrived and we open registration in just a week!  We hope you all have enjoyed the off season. For those that have not seen, our website has become our hub for all our information. This includes all our club rules, pool rules, hours of operation and special event information. Please refer to our website for any and all pool information all season long!

Below you will find specifics on registration rules and what membership options are for Knights Families and Non-Knights Families. It is important to know that we DO NOT have a waitlist. We only offer a certain number of memberships for Non-Knights, they are FULL FAMILY memberships only. There is no option for non-knights to purchase any other membership options.

For those Arlington #2473 Council Families:

Please make sure members council dues are in good standing for the year 2025. If not, your membership will be inactive until dues have been paid. The system will not allow you to proceed with payment for registration.  Any questions regarding council membership status, please contact Kenny Goss via email at FS2473mail@hotmail.com.

NON-KofC Families:

Registration is first come first serve for ALL NON-KofC Families. This goes for new and returning families. It is encouraged for all NON-KofC families to acquire membership as soon as we open registration. Once we meet our quota, we close registration. There is no wait list for the Columbus Club Pools. The only membership option available is the full family membership.

Common Questions:

How do I check in at the pool? Members are verified at the front desk daily, using the pictures uploaded to your account. If you haven’t uploaded pictures, please do so before coming to the facility. They can be uploaded
Do we offer swim lessons? Our lifeguards and Holy Mackerel swim coaches all offer private lessons. As the season ramps up, check with the front deck for information from various instructors.
Can we bring guests? Yes, guest passes are available for purchase, through your online account. We do not take cash, credit or checks for guest fees upon arrival. All must be purchased online, through your account.

The Deep End is back in action this summer! Jimmy Luthman and his crew will be available to serve you all summer long. We will operate under the same hours as last year. Light fair Monday-Wednesday and a Full Menu running Thursday-Sunday.  Make sure you stop in for a bite to eat and take a gander at our new selection of beer, craft-canned cocktails and wine offerings to get you through summers hottest days!

Gentle reminder for those that are returning and new members alike, coolers are allowed on property. However, coolers ARE NOT allowed inside the pool area. Coolers are subject to search AT ANY TIME by club staff. What’s not allowed in your cooler or on property? Contraband includes outside alcohol or cans and glass of any kind. Please be mindful it is for the safety of all our children we do not bring cans and bottles on property.  Outside alcohol violates our ABC license and subjects us to closures if our license is breached.

With an influx in newer families, its important returning families set the example for our newcomers. But let’s not just set the example, lets BE the example.

Expect a few afternoon Wednesday closures for various Holy Mackerel swim meets! Refer to the calendar in JUNE for updated meet closures.

Protocol for Check-in:
All families MUST have photos uploaded for each swimmer on the account. Our gate guard will be checking pictures for verification to ensure the right people are using your membership! If you are having trouble loading pictures please refer to the support tab to get help!
